Project: Agency Holiday Card

The Project Review: 
What if the simple tap of a food photo on Instagram could help feed people in need? That was our inspiration when we created The Feed That Feeds, a special Instagram account that did just that. Catapulting off a cultural behavior of sharing photos of all the beautiful food we eat, we worked with local restaurants and photographers to create beautiful imagery of the restaurants’ signature dishes. For every “heart” of a photo on our feed, that restaurant donated a meal to someone in the real world. We fed over 500 people directly in our own communities, and 22,000 more across the country with a donation. We used a social platform meant for sharing to create real change, and ignited new partnerships between local restaurants and the organizations and people who need them.
