OLD CHICAGO PIZZA & TAPROOM REBRAND

Client: Old Chicago.
Project: Rebrand
Agency: Push.

The Project Review: Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom, a casual-dining restaurant chain known for its pizza, pasta, and extensive beer selection, embarked on a rebranding initiative to reinvent its brand identity. With 96 locations across 22 states, the chain needed to refresh its image and offer a more contemporary experience. The rebranding effort involved a comprehensive overhaul, including a new logo and descriptor, transitioning from "Old Chicago 110 Brews, Pasta & Pizza" to "Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom." The project encompassed new interior and exterior designs, graphics, food and beer menus, employee uniforms, an interactive digital beer menu, updated HR management guides, and an improved internal communications plan. The goal was to position Old Chicago for the future and create a cohesive brand language that resonated with customers.
